By accessing the Micro Ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these kinetic terms. This is a binding agreement between you and micromarketing.ai.
Account Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their Kinetic Hub credentials. Any activity originating from your account—whether authorized or unauthorized—falls under your legal liability within the Micro Ecosystem.

- check_circle Accounts cannot be shared across multiple entities or competitive organizations.
- check_circle Notification of unauthorized access must be submitted within 2 hours of detection.
Subscription Terms
Node-Based Pricing
Scalable compute for high-performance marketing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Each 'Node' represents a single processing instance within the Pipeline or Worker modules. Nodes are non-transferable and subject to real-time compute quotas.
Billing Cycle
30-day rolling window starting from activation date.
Auto-Scaling
Excess compute usage will trigger automatic node provisioning.
Intellectual Property
Our Assets
The 'Micro' brand, including the Marketing Monolith aesthetic, Space Grotesk implementation, and the proprietary ecosystem architecture, remains the sole property of micromarketing.ai.
Your Content
Any marketing collateral, CRM data, or campaign structures generated through the Project OS or Hub belong entirely to the User. We claim no ownership over your proprietary data.
Termination
Immediate Revocation
We reserve the right to terminate access immediately for violations of our Fair Compute Policy or attempts to reverse-engineer the Micro Node architecture.
User Cancellation
Users may deactivate nodes at any time via the Hub settings. Prorated refunds are not provided for the remainder of the 30-day billing cycle.
