Record Categories

To support auditability and dispute handling, retention may include:

  • User acknowledgments and compliance certifications.
  • Import history and campaign configuration timestamps.
  • Connected account and provider identifiers.
  • Webhook events, opt-out events, and suppression actions.
  • Complaint intake records and abuse enforcement actions.

Retention and Disposal

Retention schedules are defined by legal requirements, contractual commitments, and operational risk controls.

Expired records are deleted or de-identified according to internal disposal procedures.
