Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use Micro Outreach for unlawful outreach, fraud, impersonation, spoofing, or harassment.

  • No unlawful ringless voicemail or SMS campaigns.
  • No purchased-list blasting without required consent.
  • No opt-out evasion or suppression bypass.
  • No attempts to evade provider, carrier, or platform policy controls.

Regulatory Compliance Responsibility

Senders are responsible for complying with applicable telemarketing and outreach laws, including TCPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM, and DNC obligations.

Micro Outreach provides orchestration tooling and guardrails but is not the sender of record for customer campaigns.
