Data Collected

Micro Outreach may process contact records, phone numbers, messaging and voicemail metadata, webhook payloads, user activity logs, and account administration data.

Connected-provider metadata such as sender identifiers, campaign references, and integration status can also be stored to execute customer instructions.

Data Use and Sharing

Data is used to execute outreach workflows, enforce compliance controls, maintain suppression logic, and operate product analytics and support.

Data is shared with configured downstream processors and communication providers only as required to perform messaging and voicemail operations.

Users may contact support for privacy access, correction, deletion, and objection requests.

Request processing timelines depend on applicable law and verification requirements.
